Update Capacitor native platforms, install Capacitor/Cordova plugins
$ ionic capacitor update [platform]
ionic capacitor update will do the following:
- Update Capacitor native platform(s) and dependencies
- Install any discovered Capacitor or Cordova plugins

The platform to update (e.g. android, ios)
